REPORT OF AN EVENT RELATED TO THE OPERATION OF AN UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM

Civil aviation entities are obliged to submit a report on the occurrence of each aviation incident. The report is submitted to the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic.

This report is used to report any incident threatening the safety of civil aviation, which is in any way connected to the operation of an unmanned aircraft, and you can file it directly on our site using the online form above.

The report is intended for

• persons and entities operating in civil aviation (pilots, aircraft operators, airport operators, …)
• persons employed in these organizations (pilots, mechanics, cabin crew, airport employees,…)
• the public, which we hereby invite to report any unusual situation threatening the safety of unmanned aircrafts, or which was caused by an unmanned aircraft.

The reporting system is used to collect events related to civil aviation safety, to develop analyzes and determine safety risks, and ultimately for the purpose of increasing civil aviation safety. Please provide all the information and data you have. Fields marked with an asterisk are obligatory.
