The online register in Slovak republic is currently in the process of preparation, due to this fact applicants may register through the appropriate forms here.

The applicants whose applications (forms F- 283-B and F-182-B) for theoretical knowledge exams were submitted to the Transport Authority before 08.08.2023 will finish the process of acquiring a licence according to the previously valid procedures.

New applicants for the theoretical knowledge exam shall use the application form F-473-B. More information concerning the theoretical knowledge exam can be found here.
